I do what I do because I believe in the power of people. In their ability to grow, connect, and create real change.
This belief was ingrained in me not only through my own journey as a student-athlete, mentor, and leader, but also through the example set by my biggest inspiration: my mom.
Watching her navigate life as a single parent with strength, grace, and relentless determination showed me what true leadership looks like. Her daily commitment to providing, growing, and showing up no matter the circumstances taught me the value of resilience, compassion, and showing up for others.
My why is rooted in service: to inspire others, to lead with intention, and to build spaces where everyone feels seen, supported, and empowered to succeed both in sport and beyond.
